I love finding just the right cut and color for my clients. I specialize in Keratin Complex treatments. Styling for weddings, proms, homecomings, or for any special event is what I take the most pride in.

Hi, I’m Sydney! I am a hairstylist from West Des Moines, Iowa! I graduated from the Aveda Institute of Des Moines in 2019 & found my passion to create effortless and beautiful hair along the way. Over the last 3 years as a professional, I have honed in on my niche of blonding + lived-in color placement. 

I also enjoy special occasion styling and cutting to accentuate hair color. My ultimate goal as your service provider is to provide a laid back + fun environment, listen intently, and deliver luxurious results. Hey! My name is Mikala. I have been in the hair industry & a business owner since 2020. I specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions® and blonding. I've trained in multiple methods of extension application, but Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) is my method of choice, because a seamless look and the overall health of your natural hair is my top priority. 

My passion for color lies in creating variations of blondes: sunkissed, bright, dimensional, lived in, natural, just bombshell blondes!

My husband and I met in music school and while I don’t do much with music these days (except singing Disney songs with my kids) I love that I can still be creative with your hair! Mackenzie loves the time she gets to connect with her clients in her chair. Whether it’s creating a safe space to relax and talk, or seeing their face light up when they leave her chair, she’s honored to share her meticulous passion for her craft. Mackenzie knew from a young age that hair is what she wanted to do. 

Her dream became reality when she graduated from the Aveda Institute Des Moines in 2012. Since graduating from the Aveda Institute, Mackenzie has worked at New York Fashion Week, participated in photoshoots for the North American Hairstyling Awards and became a certified hair color educator for Aveda. If you’re a blonde, have blonde hair dreams or just want a lived-in, dimensional color, Mackenzie’s your girl! When she isn’t behind the chair, you’ll most likely find her organizing or cleaning. 

Aside from that, she loves spending time with her high school sweetheart turned husband, Chris, and their two daughters, Luca and Lennon. Mackenzie’s passion for hair is just about equally matched by her passion for food, wine, cooking, baking, plants and gardening, and traveling.

Hi, I’m Courtney! I graduated from the Aveda Institute of Des Moines in 2016. Since graduating, I have found my passion is in detailed services. From a textured bob, fun pixie cut, tight fade, heavy highlight, to a full set of lash extensions- I love it all! 

I love making my clients feel great on the inside and out. I really enjoy getting to know everyone that sits in my chair. I want to hear all about your family, favorite books and movies, your beloved pets and crazy kiddos! Hi, I’m Erin Passage! I’ve been behind the chair since 2011. I started my journey in an associate program where I received extensive hands-on training in cutting, coloring, styling and the art of consultation. These lessons laid the foundation for the stylist I am today.

I grew up with a passion for art. Because of this, I believe I have a fresh eye for color. I specialize in balayage and “lived-in” hair color. I love creating a look for a client that’s both low-maintenance and grows out seamlessly. I am nationally certified with Babe hair extensions and offer four different methods; which include I-Tip, Tape-In, Fusion and Hand-Tied Wefts.

Hi! I’m Keziah Melendez. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for eight years. After spending the first year of my career in New York experiencing a range of bodywork environments, I made my move to Iowa and spent the following seven years working in high end spas.

Tricia is a board-certified Physician Assistant who obtained her master’s degree from Des Moines University in 2008, and her bachelor’s degree from Central College 2005 with honors.  

She began her career in orthopaedic surgery.  In 2016, she made the jump to plastic surgery where she not only found her passion for non-surgical facial augmentation, but also met Beauty Pact co-founder Rhea Melhus, RN.  Tricia and Rhea quickly bonded over their love of helping patients look and feel their best.

Rhea’s passion for facial aesthetics grew out of a natural interest in cosmetics and skin care. Rhea is a registered nurse with nearly 15 years of professional experience. She began her career in the neonatal intensive care unit at University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. From there, she followed her passion towards aesthetics and trained with award-winning and nationally recognized injectors sponsored by Allergan Aesthetics and Galderma. For the past seven years, Rhea has worked as a nurse in medical aesthetics and plastic surgery under the supervision of a board certified plastic surgeon.
